This is the Bread Shop with a twist - Kiosk style! We've seen them all over Europe, but like buying our daily bread, it's something us English have been too shy to try! Still incorporating the wide selection of breads, rolls, pastries and of course coffee, it is smaller - a simple counter - of which all the products are visually displayed. Despite the fact it is fundamentally different to the other shops, it still maintains the 'Bread Shop look' and branding, making it unmistakeably recognisable. There is a seating area and is open from 8am allowing shoppers to relax with a pretzel and latte before the shops are open for business.
