wheat, flour and other key ingredients to ensure and maintain a superior
standard and taste.
Set in the surroundings of a fresh, clean and modern interior, our stores
(links above) offer an abundant choice of large and small white, rye and
seeded products. Specialities include the four seed roll, made with pumpkinseeds,
sunflower
seeds, linseed and millet seeds kneaded together with potato flakes and sourdough
and left to mature for sixteen hours for maximum flavour.
Jonathan Cohen, founder of the Bread Shop comments "Our aim is to provide
